Rent payments are accepted in a few different ways. The quickest and most efficient way is to sign up for online payment system with e-check ($2.49 processing fee). All you need is a valid email address! You can also pay online with a debit/credit card (fee applies) or use PayNearMe™ to pay in cash at a 7-11 or ACE store (fee applies).
